Health Tip: Ginger Toes?Today’s Health Tip: Did you know that a ginger-root foot bath will help you get rid of a nasty virus? if you grate up 2-3 tablespoons of fresh ginger [easier to grate if frozen] and put it in a quart of boiling water and steep like tea for 15 min. then add it to a container large enough for both your feet and hot water [not scalding] well past your ankles. Or if you don’t want to bother with that: take a heaping tablespoon of organic powdered ginger-root and dissolve in the hot water of your foot bath. Soak your feet for 30 min in the hot soak, dry your feet off, put on fuzzy socks and go to bed. You will sweat like a pig but the increase in your body temp will burn the bug right out of you.
